W.N. Kirkland provides plumbing for a 185,390 square foot industrial building for future buildout. Work included a future two bathroom.

• Installed all underground and aboveground water copper piping for future tenant
• Installed underground and aboveground sewer and waste vents piping for future tenant
• Installed 25′ concrete manhole for duplex pump force main station that stretched two miles of piping
• Completed upfit in restrooms and breakroom with piping and fixtures
