Construction of the new Spartanburg Police Department headquarters was completed in October 2023.

W.N. Kirkland project efforts include:

• Installed all underground and aboveground water copper piping

• Installed underground and aboveground sewer and waste vents piping

• Plumbing fixtures, which included penal fixtures and emergency equipment

• Extensive roof drain piping system

• Installed booster pump and water heating system
