In collaboration with Pattillo Construction and Flint Development, W.N. Kirkland worked together on the expansion of SC Global Logistics Distribution Center in Moore, South Carolina. Originally 1,005,520 square feet, with the additional expansion to the project, the warehouse increased in size to approximately 1,800,000 square feet.

W.N. Kirkland project efforts include:

• Design-build services for 1,800,000 square foot distribution warehouse features, which included a two-level office addition

• Installed all underground and aboveground water copper piping

• Installed underground and aboveground sewer and waste vents piping

• New mechanical room consisting of two 100-gallon water heaters

• New guard shack plumbing bored underground
