SC Global Logistics Center
In collaboration with Pattillo Construction and Flint Development, W.N. Kirkland worked together on the expansion of SC Global Logistics Distribution Center in Moore, South Carolina.
Pet Supplies Plus Distribution Center
The 534,702 square foot distribution facility, located in Orangeburg, South Carolina, featured a unique and sophisticated pick module and conveyor system that is used to maintain an efficient nationwide distribution of pet food and supplies.
Exchange One, Two & Three
A series of 200,000+ square foot speculative facilities on 84 acres in the Exchange Logistics Park in Piedmont, South Carolina.
DC BLOX
Located in Greenville, South Carolina, the DC BLOX Data Center is a single-story, 26,583 square foot, 2 MW, Tier III data center on eight acres.
Shamrock Technologies, Inc.
W.N. Kirkland served as the plumbing service provider for a 185,390 square foot Shamrock industrial building located in Laurens, South Carolina, installing water piping and fire infrastructure.
Spartanburg Emergency Operations Building
The Spartanburg Emergency Operations Center serves as the central clearinghouse for disaster-related information and requests for deployment of assistance.
Spartanburg Police Station
Construction of the new Spartanburg Police Department headquarters was completed in October 2023.
Abner Creek Middle School
Located in Reidville, South Carolina, Abner Creek Middle School will have a 700-student capacity and 900-student core with a square footage of approximately 140,000 square feet.
BMW Manufacturing
Located in Greer, South Carolina, W.N. Kirkland assisted in completing multiple projects within BMW consisting of new line addition as well as Press Operation Facility.
BMW VIA Building
Located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, W.N. Kirkland assisted in the completion of a 60,000 square foot BMW Vehicle Accessories Center that included many group bathroom and eyewash assemblies for this facility.
Boiling Springs High School
Welcome to the new Boiling Springs High School in Spartanburg County School District Two. Completed in August 2019, six months ahead of schedule, this facility is 320,000 square feet, 33% larger than the original high school.
Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation Office Addition
Located in Gaffney, South Carolina, W.K. Kirkland partnered with Freightliner Custom Chassis to complete the addition of its 26,000 square foot, two-story building.
Proterra
W.N. Kirkland partnered with commercial electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, Proterra, in the expansion of its 327,000 square foot battery systems manufacturing site located in Greer, South Carolina.
RB Simms Water Treatment Facility
W.N. Kirkland partnered with Spartanburg Water to complete the renovation of the RB Simms Water Treatment Facility located in Chesnee, South Carolina.
Southside Christian
The new 63,000 square foot addition includes classroom space, gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, music rooms, and more space for students to discover, grow, and achieve.

Spartanburg County’s new multi-million dollar courthouse officially opened late January 2024.
